MY MISSION

I believe in inspiring and supporting you. I want to help you build a lifestyle that allows you to take your health & happiness into your own hands, reach your highest potential and make the most out of this very short life we have all been gifted.

VISION

I envision a world where women are empowered to make impactful and sustainable lifestyle choices that will give them fulfillment and quality of life.

Coach Simran MD has been a long-term vision of mine; a place where women, at high risk of cancer, with or without genetic mutations, can come to for support, accountability, and a vision to reclaim their life.

I advocate not only for prevention & early detection of cancer, but also for healthful lifestyle habits that can improve the quality of life for women at risk for cancer, those living with cancer and into survivorship. This is something most physicians don’t emphasize enough. Empowering and educating women on the foods they eat or don’t eat, how they move, their social connectedness, and how they manage their stress, are all ways to give them back control at a time in their lives where they have lost it the most.

I feel more energized than ever before to be an advocate and voice for young women, especially women of color and those with known genetic predisposition for certain cancers. My passion is ignited with every client touchpoint as it provides a new opportunity to transform their life.

My Story

Cancer and I were first introduced to each other when I was 13 years old. Since then, I have experienced a lot of life – through my own lived experiences, through the eyes of my loved ones and through the stories of my patients – who all shared two things in common with me, a genetic mutation or cancer.
