    It is a framework to help you achieve your wellness goals through a 2-in-1 evidence-based nutrition & culinary education experience. It is a series of self-paced courses with different educational topics that will guide you in preparing healthy plant powered meals for your family while striving to meet your health goals!

  • How does it work?

    Each course is a four-week self-paced journey. Each week you will complete one educational module with a nutrition lesson, a culinary lesson as well as resources to get you started with putting your knowledge into action including a weekly food guide, a customizable digital meal planning experience with recipes, a workbook and so much more! 

  • What is the time commitment?

    Each course is a four-week self-paced journey. Your weekly commitment towards the educational lessons will be no more than 45-60 minutes. And the recipes should take you less than 30 minutes to prepare. 

  • Once enrolled, how do I get access and where do I take the course?

    This is a fully virtual experience. You will be asked to create a free Healthie account which is where the course is held. You can take the course from anywhere, on any smart device or computer that has internet access. You will get a free bonus digital journal by downloading the Healthie app.

  • How is it different from other courses?

    Most other courses just provide you with the knowledge but this unique experience, provides you a fully customizable digital meal planning experience powered by LivingPlateRx. The course framework provides you with all the tools and resources you need to take what you learned and put it into action as you move towards meeting your health goals! 

  • Does each course come with different recipes?

    The culinary component of each course is completely customizable by YOU. Each course comes with the same weekly food guides however you can customize your digital meal plan each week with tons of different recipes to choose from.   • What does it include?
